Whether you choose to reach out via phone call, email, or our user-friendly website form, our goal remains consistent: to make this crucial step as smooth as possible.
At this stage you we will contact your vet to request the relevant reports pertaining to the incident. This may include medical assessments, treatments, diagnostics, and any other relevant documents. Once the reports have been gathered, Bascule will review per your policy terms and conditions.
Alongside this stage, you have the option to complete our Direct Deposit Form (ACH) and submit to us along with related invoices.
Now that Bascule has obtained all required documentation, the process begins to review the submitted documents against your policy terms and conditions.
If the claim has been approved, and all related invoices have been submitted, we will review the full file and an explanations of benefits letter will be emailed to you.
Payment will be sent as a check or issued as a direct deposit within 3-5 business days.
